Stats and Permissions
Age: 19
Height: 175cm (5'9")
Weight: 65kg (143lb)
Medical Info: He got impaled once but that healed without a scar (or any mark at all!) so I'm only mentioning this out of completeness. Sometimes collapses when he overuses his powers but it has to be a pretty serious overusage. Other than that, nothing really that notable.
Eyes: The right is blue and a similar shade to Hubert's. The left is purple with a pink-purple corona around the pupil. The heterochromia is supernatural in origin and Asbel's natural eye colour is blue.
Hair: Auburn and messy, but short.
Physical traits: He looks eerily like Suzaku from Code Geass? He looks like this.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Everything. Whether Asbel understands what your character just said is another story. It's a work in progress. You may need diagrams.
Abilities: Asbel is a swordsman! He has two styles of fighting - the first has him keep his sword sheathed and he uses the sheath and kicks to fight because the similarities with Suzaku had to include the spin-kick. The second is when he draws his sword and uses the blade. He's able to channel magic down the blade and his artes kind of jump all over the shop when it comes to alignment. He also has access to some weird power to amplify his strength and tear down energy barriers - this is triggered by his hand glowing white and is basically as a result of his sharing power with another character.
When he taps Lambda's power, Asbel is able to sense magic flow around the place (both ambient and in a person), cause flowers to grow, throw up kickass energy barriers, absorb magic at a higher rate than most humans could safely and use Lambda's powers to amplify his attacks further. They also come up in his fourth Mystic Arte. If he ever let Lambda take over completely, he can absorb the magic of a planet, throw up god mode barriers (technically, in that cap it's Asbel, but that's the general idea) and grow energy wings (it also causes both of his eyes to change colour to purple, but that's not really an ability). That said, it is very unlikely that Asbel will ever let Lambda take over that completely. Using Lambda's power causes strain on Asbel and if he overreaches himself he will collapse.
He can also swim well enough to rescue someone in a bad storm, can scrub floors like a pro (and actually enjoys it!), can turn platitudes into something actually useful and managed to resign himself to getting pooped out by a monster. I think that last one is worthy of note.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: Being a Tales protagonist, Asbel has some crazy stuff going on here. First up, there are three separate pings in here - Asbel, Lambda and Fodra.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Yes! Just ask me first, but it is very likely I will say yes.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Sure, but Asbel is engaged so he will not reciprocate in anything romantic.
Maim/Murder/Death: Okay, this is something that would have to be handled with some care, as Lambda would step in if Asbel is literally unable to defend himself, and Lambda is a crazy level god mode who can kill everything in the place and is kind of possessive of his dumbass Jesus. As "the death of all life" is a bad end, we'll have to handle this one with care. If you want to, sure, but we need very open communication first!
Cooking: Tales protagonist, so yes! Asbel can work that eleth mixer like a pro. His favourite food is curry. That said, anything complicated was handled by Cheria.
Other: Asbel is taken from the end of the future arc, which pretty much only means he ate a planet once and he is engaged to Cheria. Also his eyes freak out Hubert's player.

- Asbel - a genuinely good, nice guy with some guilt that drives him to protect ALL THE THINGS!!! He is often thinking about his friends and their happiness and whether he will make a good lord of Lhant.
- Lambda - despite having limitless power, Lambda just wanted to be treated as a living being and not as a perpetual motion machine. He has issues about how he wasn't. He is a massive jerk and is a master of backhanded compliments, but is genuinely fond of Asbel in a weird way because Asbel jesused him in the feelings. He is asleep for the most part but threats to Asbel that Asbel cannot combat will cause him to wake up. You can tell this has happened by Asbel's left eye glowing purple and his pressing his hand to that eye. It is really noticeable and everyone comments on it. He can telepathically talk to people and does in the game ... but it's very unlikely he will in camp because he doesn't care about you guys at all. I'M SORRY.
- Fodra - ... is a planet's sadness, fear and hate for humanity. Asbel and Lambda ate its magical energy that related to that to save the world. Anyway, Fodra is gradually being redeemed by Lambda while Asbel redeems Lambda. This is an unstoppable freight train of Jesus here.
